Successful Funding Agents will have the opportunity to be promoted to Business Development Consultant under Perfect Client USA and will have the opportunity to build equity within a Client’s Franchise.
Role & Responsibilities
Funding Agents will:
- Work remotely to assist business owners in securing loans, lines of credit, and other financing options.
- Educate clients on different funding programs available through Perfect Client USA.
- Collect and analyze client financial information to determine suitable lending options.
- Partner with lending institutions to facilitate funding approvals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow compliance regulations and maintain ethical lending practices.
- Ideal Candidate
- No prior experience required—training is provided.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Comfortable with phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Commission Structure
The national average commission structure for Loan Brokers varies depending on the type of loan and lender agreements. Generally:
- Traditional Business Loans – 1% to 3% of the total loan amount.
- Alternative Lending (MCA, Invoice Factoring, etc.) – 5% to 15% of the funded amount.
- SBA Loans – 1% to 2% of the funded amount.
- Real Estate Loans – 1% to 2.5% of the loan amount.
